Total Freedom

Before our Jesus came into the world to save us

Only the High Priest could enter into the presence of God

And he could only enter once a year

He offer sacrifices on Israels behalf every year

The blood of a lamb was spilt to cover the sins of the nation

But God in His grace and mercy sent His Son

The perfect sacrifice was sent down from heaven

He died to covered our sins with His blood

Once and for all and now we can enter God's presence 

Jesus became our High Priest and torn the veil

So that we can meet face to face with our Creator

He took our place and gave us a second chance

We deserved death and instead He gave us life

Sealed our end with His blood and gave us freedom

No longer bound to the old covenant  but can freely enter His presence

Seek His face and have a personal relationship with Him

No longer slaves to the past or our sins

But chains broken and veil ripped in half

When Jesus defeated death and it's grip on us

I am covered by the blood of the Lamb

And am able to walk in total freedom
