Daddy God I rest my head oh so gently on Your chest When I read Your Word I can hear straight from You Cuz You were right there watching it all play out It was all a part of Your master plan for my life Your faithfulness drips off every page And Your glory shines with every word Thank You for Your Word To guide me through this life Thank You for Your promises To give me hope through the night I praise You for all that You are God here's my life and my heart You were there and created the world You were there when Your people were slaves You were there when Your Son had to die And You were there when I was born

Do you remember the day God saved you Is it something you think about often Can you remember anything before then I remember being last with no sense of purpose With eyes so selfish so broken so depressed Not able to find the strength to get out bed But then at the right time He called me out Pulled my heart out of the grave into grace Showered mercies and love over all of me Removed the blinders from my selfish eyes Softened my hardened and stubborn heart Erased all the sins of my past with His blood Made me a new creation with no purpose Empowered me to tell my story to the world Gave me direction and called me His own Had a reason to get out of bed every morning Filled me with such joy, peace, hope, and love I was no longer worthless but a worthy vessel Cuz I was now a daughter of the Most High God

You see beauty where I see none Chose me when I wasn’t worth it Captured my heart when I was undone Rescued me from all I’d done Open my eyes to see What You see in me Open my heart to receive What You have for me Cuz face to face is where We will be one day You call me Yours when I feel shame And tell me You erased all of it You tell me You love me by name I am home and will never cry again

What will disrupt your self centered lifestyle How will God pull You out of Your own head And bring You to Himself if your head has caved into itself All you can see is yourself and nothing else How can a blind man suddenly see the world You say with such conviction that there is no God But have you ever tried to look for Him or seek Him out If the answer is no then how can you speak so bluntly Look at the seasons the order of fall winter spring and summer Not chaos not random but by the order of God Look at the human body the many systems working cohesively Created by a God who intricate wove you into existence Look at the sky has there ever been a day without the sun Or a night without the radiance of the moon No cuz God created them and the timing is perfect for what we need Now I could write a million examples but have you researched Have you genuinely tried to look out of your spoon fed culture To realize that the God who created all of these...
