Beloved Poem

In my lifetime I've written countless poems
I've been writing since I was 11 years old
But I never thought about poems like this
Till my eyes were opened and heart receptive
God I am Your poem written out for others
Every day is pre-planned and written out
And when I look over the span of my life
I can read of the beauty You've displayed
And the wonderful rhymes and rhythms
Woven into the fabrics of my every day
Is Your perfect will written out for me
I can see the metaphors and stories
That scream of Your faithfulness and love
They are covered in Your glorious name
How can it be that my story is important
But You're using me to bring You glory
I am a vessel I have been given a second chance
As i read Your love letter I realize this
My heart is covered with Your love letters
And that you are in constant pursuit of me
You are writing my story so others can read it
You are devoted to continually perfecting me
And You are working towards my completion
