Fire Is Necessary

Lord help me to remain steadfast in this trial
Sometimes fire is necessary to change my heart
So I will stand for Your kingdom come what may
Feeling pressure upon me from every side
Squeezed to the point of losing my own strength
But I lean into You and depend on You fully
Struggling to lift up my sword but still I stand
Cuz You have given me resurrecting power
And I trust in Your will and plan for me
Submit to Your control and sovereignty
Cuz You're faithful through and through
Mighty in power and my Savior King
You don't change for You are always good
No matter what is thrown my way
I will remain firm in my faith and trust
