Eager Hope

Thank You Lord that we have something to hope for

We are eagerly waiting Your return with expectations 

But while we are here on earth help us 

Not to waste our time to share the Good News

And to look for opportunities to serve other people

To use our time wisely to bring You glory

That everything we do benefit Your kingdom

May we represent You well in all we do

To share our eager hope for what’s to come

We already know how this story will end

And we can’t wait to be home with You in heaven

Our time here on earth is short but let it be fruitful

Let others see You displayed in our lives

Every opportunity be seized and not lost

For the Lord God Almighty is on the throne

He’s in control and we can trust in His will

God wants You to be a part of His family

Wants you to be His daughter or His son

Will you join the family of God and experience peace

He will shower you with grace, mercy and love

All it takes is confessing that Jesus is Lord

Believing in your heart that Christ died and rose again

Which defeated sin and death once and for all

You will be saved my friend and join Gods family

Time is running out we aren’t promised another day

We aren’t promised another second or minute

The time is now to accept this salvation

So what are you waiting for God is calling you

He is calling you by name to accept this free gift
