Such goodness and mercy You pour out for me You chose me as Your daughter as Your own And I can show Your goodness to the world I have the identity of Your very own possession Lord You deserve all honor, glory, and praise Every breath that I breathe is Yours anyway I just want to give it all back to You Lord Worthy of every minute of my every day Songs and poems of adoration pour out of me Words fall short but I can never write enough You are such a giving and loving Father I have more that I could ever possibly need My heart erupts with thanksgiving for You

Think of the amount of love the Father has for You And how compassionate He is to every one of us He comforts us by His love and belonging to Him We are called to love and give compassion like He does Are You living up to the call upon Your life Do you work together with others for the glory of God And put their needs above Your own needs Never trying to impress others with your own abilities But humbly approaching the interest of other people We were made to serve each other before ourselves And proclaim the glory of our Lord and Savior Cuz at the name of Jesus Christ every knee will bow So with your mouth and your life declare His love Let the love of God flow in You and through You Live a life that shows the goodness of the Father Read Luke 6:36, Phil 2:1-5

Holy Spirit illuminate the words I am reading in Your Word To better understand You and the life You have in store Forgive my cut and paste interpretation to meet my lifestyle Shine like a spotlight on the things I need to hear And remove the misunderstandings of my soul So that I can not miss the feast You have for me Cuz I want to absorb all that You are Let each page be a new adventure with You Show me the words written with me in mind Help me to see beyond the pages in front of me May I read with a hunger that cant be satisfied And with a thirst that cannot be quenched May the words jump off the page into my heart That I may know You on an even deeper level To see with an open heart and open eyes Speak to me in words that expand me To seek after Your truth and Your wisdom So that I may see the inner workings Knit my heart in tune with Your Word

Oh Father God grasp the depths of my weary heart So that I will learn to trust in Your will for me You know what I want and You know what I need I want to want what I need what You have Surrendering isn’t easy and it’s a continual process But to you O Lord I give complete control You know what changes need to be made Even though its painful, messy, and difficult I lay down my pride cuz You promise new life Cuz this life is a gift I do not take lightly You bought me with Your precious Son’s blood So how could I possibly want to stay the same I am a new creation with a brand new purpose Point out the parts of me I have yet to give up Here I am face down before Your throne Saying I am Your servant I want to be used

I said goodbye to fear too many times But slowly I let him back into my mind To the point of overwhelming me to stillness I cry out in desperation for Your rescue Oh Father remove my fear and doubts And instantly You remind me of who You are That fear has no place here in Your presence For You’ve given me power and strength And Your perfect love casts out all of my fears Help me to replace my fear with trust Teach me to tell my fear to leave right now And that goodbye means goodbye forever Read 2 Timothy 1:7-10, 1 John 4:18

Too many questions left unanswered Too many problems overwhelmed me Just too much for me to say So I fall to my knees and I pray  Lord here I am in desperate need of you To make a way where it seems impossible To calm the winds when life blows storms my way I know you’re just a prayer away  Sometimes life takes a turn unexpected sometimes it’s unforgiving in its ways But you God control the sun and the moon you know exactly what I need so that I can be all that you have for me Sometimes it takes some breaking sometimes it takes some pain but it always bring me back to you So that I will never ever be the same

Your love is unbound unlimited and vast Covers me from head to toe present to past Holds me close when my world looks bleak Surrounds me and I am held in Your peace Your endless love is all I need Cuz Jesus You’re the air I breathe So let what’s to come play out I cling to You and there’s no doubt My fears are washed away Every morning I can say No longer lost cuz I am found In Your love unbound Your love washes me over from head to toe You are with me no matter where I go Walk beside me through this life never alone Cuz with You and Your love I am known Everything You are is all I need Cuz Jesus You’re the air I breathe So whatever comes my way I cling to you is what I say

I am a light bearer for the kingdom of the Most High He has given me the task to shine His glorious light The world and all it’s darkness can’t run or hide The Lord my God is Lord of all space and time So I run burning bright Radiating His glorious light Cuz I am His precious child So I shout His name on high Forever and all of my life May I glow Your light to those around me And may only You receive all the glory For this life is a second chance for me Cuz You conquered the grave with victory So I burn bright Shine Your light Oh Most High I’m all in For all my life

Too often we try to cover up our past and scars With band aids, aloe, or some kind of wrap Just superficial treatments for mortal wounds But God wants to heal us from the inside out The enemy wants to continually remind us Of our jaded past and the scars it left But we have been freed from all of that It no longer has power or control over us So remind him of the cross and conquered grave That grace redeemed us from the sins of before We are no longer tied to chains of death But have been set free by the blood of the Lamb Rejoice cuz the Lord overcame it all for us Those wounds no longer cut deep anymore Cuz we have been changed from the old us We’ve been given new life and a new purpose Wear those scars proudly cuz they show grace They show where you were but are no longer They radiate what God has done in your life It’s your redemption story on display You’ve been rescued and set free in Jesus name You are a new creation you are a child o

You’ve given me these hands I want to serve You well You’ve given me these feet I want walk in Your truth Cuz this life is nothing without You I lay me down on the altar Surrender to Your will I give You all of me Please use these hands And use these feet Use them as You will These hands these feet Want to bring You glory This heart this mind Worship You Most High You’ve given me this heart Mold it just like Yours You’ve given me this mind I want to know Your promises Cuz this life is nothing without You

Look I’ve traveled many roads in my lifetime And I’ve been many places around this world But not once have I discovered a place better Than the presence of the King of kings I’ve seen the beauty of an Ugandan safari The bright blues of the seas in the Philippines Seen the most incredible sunset in Kenya Been to the Temple Mount in Israel But nothing can compare to this right here When it’s just me and God nobody else Indescribable peace and immense joy Blessings upon blessings grace upon grace I’ve seen turtles and fish swimming around me Watched dolphins and whales jump in the air Held a monkey, snake, and macaw in my arms Experienced beauty greenery and flowers But nothing can compare to a moment like this Sitting side by side with my Savior talking Having inconceivable love poured over me For a God who stays and never runs away

I am a child of the King And I am living for His praise I am a daughter of the Lord Let all I am worship Him I am a living sacrifice For the glory of my King I am surrendered And I give You everything Break me fill me Use me teach me So I can be a useful vessel I am a precious in Your eyes More valuable than jewels I am known and I am loved Beyond all comprehension Let all that I praise You My life be a worship song to You That I may bring You glory You’ve done so much for me Let all that I am worship my King
