A Forest of Likes

I lay all of me at Your feet All of my plans my wants and needs Surrender myself to Your will Knowing You'll sustain me still Every breath and every heart beat Echoes the glory of You the King I trust that You have perfect ways Your love it takes my breath away With my face to the floor here I am I want to be used for Your great plan Show me ways to act more like You And look like You in everything I do This life it was never mine But You brought me back to life Death was the end of my story But through Your blood I am free Changed my life and story forever Redeemed and restored me for the better I am alive to worship my King For giving me breath and a song to sing

Lord help me to shut me up Teach me to be still and sit Open my ears to listen And my heart to be responsive Help me to absorb Your truth Like a sponge with water Silence me so I can hear You Incline my heart to Yours Slow me down so I can be used Remove the distractions in my life So that I can breathe You in Help me to sit still at Your feet Instruct me to love like You love To see others the way You do Let people see You before me And to know that I am Yours Quiet my soul so that I can hear You And I can hear the still small voice Train me to seek after Your ways Allow me to soak up all of Your blessings

Here I am God with a willing heart Teach me Your laws and decrees Help me to keep Your instructions Allow understanding and I will obey And put into practice with all I am Desire to walk the path of Your commands Cuz there is where my happiness is Increase my eagerness for Your truth And decrease my love for anything else Open my eyes to Your worthy blessings And may I find life through Your Word Reassure me of the promises You’ve made Cuz faithful is everything that You are  Turn me away from my shameful ways Cuz I know Your laws are better for me And desire obedience to Your commands Renew me from the inside with Your goodness Forever and ever will I continue to obey Walking in the freedom of devotion to You It is a delight to follow You and honor You I humble myself and lay all of me down Here’s my teachable heart ready to learn Show me more of Your will for my life Reveal the parts of me that are lacking Refresh me in Your streng

Lord You are so holy so worthy How marvelous are Your ways You are so majestic and so great We lift You up and raise our hands To the royal and righteous King You reign on high above all else And are rich in love and mercy Glorious and superior in all things You lavish Your blessing on us We bow at Your feet in honor Humble ourselves to bring You fame Oh sweet Lord hallowed be Your name You're perfect and faithful and just Amazing wonderful and sovereign May we yearn for all that You are And crave the beauty of Your love Thank You for knowing all things For being everywhere and all powerful Your compassion exceeds anything else Thank You for Your tenacity to chase me Your unconditional love that never runs out Thank You that You are jealous for me And that You demand all of me for You Continue to show the unnecessary parts of me And replace them with Your righteousness

God called me out of the grave I came running out into His love He called me out by my name And in His arms I am His beloved No longer stuck in the tar of my sins He cut loose the restraints of the old me Never have to be the girl that I once was She died on the cross with my Savior King I am dancing on Your endless promises And I’m singing out loud about all of You Trusting that You’re in control You got this Every day You’re working to make me new  I lay all of me down at Your feet in honor Give my life to You as a act of service Continue to guide me so I’ll never wander Cuz You have given me life and a purpose

Surrender one of the hardest words to do But one of the most rewarding words God gives us We all want control but God commands your surrender  Cuz His way is better than anything we could dream up Wouldn’t you want the very best for your life Of course you would all it takes is trust Another difficult but rewarding word we have God calls us to trust in Him and we should Cuz He holds the whole world in His hands He knows everything in all of time and space He is everywhere and He is all powerful  Why would you not trust in all that He is No one better to trust that the King of kings Surrender to His will and trust that He will carry you through He’s always been faithful and hasn’t failed you yet He is always with you and will never leave you alone The enemy wants you to believe the lie that you’re lost Or a lost cause or unforgivable or whatever  But those are LIES ABSOLUTE LIES God’s grace is sufficient meaning it covers it all Jesus’ bloo

I know that the battle for souls has not stopped The enemy is out for my heart and soul But I am a warrior for the kingdom of God I am equipped with all the armor I could need  And I head into battle with  t he full armor of God His arrows can not pierce me I’ve got my shield My shield of faith blocks his fiery darts I have the belt of truth to remind me of God's truths With the breast plate of righteousness on my chest My feet are fit with readiness from the gospel of peace My head is covered with the helmet of salvation I have the sword of the Spirit the Word of God My strength is not my own for I am weak But He is strongest when I’m at my weakest I lean into the arms of the One who holds all He keeps adding fuel to my fire of hope  As I trust in His goodness that I will overcome Cuz He has already overcome the grave and sin So the enemy has no power cuz the blood covers me I am labeled as a child of the King never to be erased Secure in t

Revival Lord this world needs revival Here I am Lord send me send me out I will go where You lead wherever You want Send me out and I will go where You lead I surrender all of me to the will You have for me Make me more like a child of Your kingdom Let me be a mouth piece of Your truth And be a messenger of Your Word All glory to the King who gave me a mouth Let every word be edifying and building That the world can know the joy of salvation And love that never stops pursuing after you Rally my heart to chase after the life You desire May I run after the blessings You have And follow in the footsteps You took Allow me the opportunity of seeking You And bring others into the fold of Your kingdom All glory, honor, and praise to You alone

I do not hunger, for You are the bread of life And in You there is fullness of joy I do not thirst, for You are the living water And You quench my every dehydrated part I am completely satisfied there’s nothing I need You have given me all of it everything But I cannot get enough of Your presence Crave the moments alone with just You Desire deeper relationship with my King Empty me of all of me and replace me with You I am made whole and full when I’m with You Teach me to yearn for you with all that I am May my heart ache for the things above And long to bring you fame and glory Never have need for anything beside You For You care for me far more than the birds And clothe for me far more than the flowers In You I am complete lacking absolutely nothing For You are everything that my heart needs

Truth only comes from the One above He reigns in and through all things  The God of all kingdoms and the highest King More powerful than anything else nothing else stands All bow at the name of Jesus all will bow His only rival can’t even come close to Him How could a created being compete with the Creator The end is already written and God’s victorious So which team are you a part of winning or not We already know the outcome and who wins Praise to the God who knows all things His awesome power has no competition Our God is greater than any other His goodness abounds and knows no end He loves us with an indescribable passion Jesus His Son took our place and died for us He conquered sin and death for you and me And God wants to use us for His glory We are saved by His grace and given freedom Our chains lay on the floor and begin to rust Because His blood breaks every chain He gives us the same resurrecting power
